Experienced patent secretary with 5+ years of intellectual property experience. Solid skills in patent preparation and prosecution are required. Experience with foreign prosecution a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*File applications and follow-on documents with the USPTO via EFS, fax, or mail.

*Correctly calculate fees.

*Transcribe dictation as needed.

*Compose and prepare professional, confidential correspondence.

*Attorney time entry.

*Maintain confidentiality of all firm and client matters.

*Perform other duties as assigned.

*Lend support to the overall function of the firm.

*Other duties as assigned by IP Assistant Supervisor.
