| Job Description: | Experienced Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist needed for leading Intellectual Property Law Firm in Orange County, CA. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years IP Docketing experience to include Trademark and Patent (both US & Foreign) and have knowledge of current USPTO rules. Experience with CPI is necessary and experience with Madrid protocol is preferred (but not mandatory). This position will be supporting the firm’s IP Prosecution group. Direct hire.
