The legal department is comprised of lawyers specializing in patent Seeking a registered patent attorney with a minimum of 5 years patent preparation and prosecution experience and a USPTO registration.

Experience with integrated circuit technology strongly preferred including data processors, memories, analog circuitry, sensors, data communications and networks.

An electrical or electronics engineering degree is preferred. A Physics degree with semiconductor experience will be considered.

Tther technical backgrounds will be considered if a stellar academic background and an understanding of the technology is present.

A minimum of 5 years of patent preparation & prosecution experience with a USPTO registration number and a solid prosecution background (both U.S. and International prosecution experience a plus).
