| Job Description: | Patent Prosecution Secretary - Direct Hire Mid size patent firm on the peninsula is seeking a patent prosecution secretary to join their team. Ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of patent prosecution experience within a law firm working environment. Duties include filing of domestic and foreign patent applications with the USPTO, Responses to Office Actions, Amendments, NOAs, IDSs, Sequence Listings and other associated tasks. Requirements: MS Word, CPI, Outlook, e-filing and type 70 wpm. Must be highly detailed, good communicator (written and verbal) and a stable working history. Experience in either electrical/mechanical engineering or biotech. Firm offers a highly competitive salary structure, bonus and excellent benefits.
