Mobile Contractor - Patent Analyst

Noro IP is looking for 2-3 bright individuals to fill our current openings in our Patent Department. We are looking for patent specialists that are experienced in performing searches relating to patentability (novelty), validity, freedom-to-operate and infringement.

Job Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and experience in the following areas:

1. Computer Engineering Degree: Cellular, Mobile and Wireless Communications, Networking, Digital Communications
2. Electrical Engineering Degree: Semiconductors, Nanodevices, Control Systems, Electrical Circuits and components
3. Mechanical Engineering Degree 
4. Life Science Degree

In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise as well as experience using patent searching databases.

This is a mobile contractor position and candidates must have previous patent searching experience to be considered. The candidate will have strict, client-specified deadlines that must be met, but will also be granted the freedom of setting their own work hours. Noro IP’s main work requirement is that the work be completed by the specified due date.
