| Job Description: | Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz, PC has an immediate opening for a Patent Agent
Minimum qualifications will include PTO Registration number required. Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Related Field Experience with Drafting Mechanical and Software Patent Applications and Responses to the USPTO, especially as utilized in the biotech field Working knowledge of Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, and Biotechnology. At least 2 years patent prosecution experience. If a lawyer, must be registered to practice in DC. |
